ای دوست من

اگر از حال من آگاه بودی

از عهد نوجوانی سخن نمی گفتی

خوابی بود که در قلبم مدفون ساختم

و کفن هایش را نیز جامه جوانی کردم

لیک او با من بی وفایی کرد

و من در وحشت و غم فرو رفتم

و بدان قانع شدم

گوشه گیر و تنها گشتم

و مصیبتم را از دیدگان مخفی کردم

و با کتاب ها مانوس گشتم

زیرا کتاب ها را بهترین دوست دیدم

و با خیال و رویاهای خوش

قصه هایی بلند ساختم
